I’m a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Chef and Nutritionist that has been changing peoples lives and lifestyle for more than 19 years.  I take you from being a couch potato to competing in your first triathlon, 5k, marathon, to Tough Mudder, cycling race or just changing your lifestyle for better health. 

 

The goal is to help teach about healthier food choices.  To learn about foods and how to prepare them in a healthy manner and favorable to the palate.  

 

Goal is to help each person find the inner athlete that exist in all of us.  To help them find this inner athlete through training for an event or a healthy lifestyle.
